CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI) is seeking for dynamic, competent and highly motivated leaders who thrive in opportunities and challenges, to contribute to the development of the Indonesia accounting standards.

1. Get involved first-hand in and experience the behind the  scene of the IFRS convergence process in Indonesia.

2. Meet the who’s who of the Indonesian accounting world, spanning from top practitioners, regulators and business leaders.

3. Participate in the development of the Indonesia financial and Sharia Accounting standards.

MANAGER, FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS 

Role

  • Managing and supporting the development of SAK.
  • Research and report writing, and developing technical materials on a range of the subjects.
  • Liasing with local and international stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.0 . Master’s degree or CA/CPA. Indonesia qualification is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience of involvement in analysis and application of OFRS and/or SAK.
  • Extensive technical knowledge in IFRS and SAK.
  • Communcaion skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong interest and commitment in the development of SAK.
  • Well-developed technical, analytical, research and report writing skills.
  • Confidence in professional public speaking environment
  • Able to work under pressure, individually and within a team environment.

MANAGER, FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING

Requirements :

  • Male / Female.
  • Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Accounting or Tax.
  • Having certificated Accounting.
  • Have working exsperience as a professional accountant and knowledge in accounting field with a proven record of leadership experience.
  • Good understanding of Indonesia & International Accounting Standard (IFRS).
  • Fluent in English both oral and writing.
  • Good comunication skill
  • Experience in report or research writing in English are essentials.
  • Strong personality and able to work as a team and independently, positive attitude, excelent communication skill, self – motivated, hard worker & good coordination skill.
